Hi I bought the lava lamp Christmas file and the reindeer bow file. Alot of the details are not showing up after they are printed. Is there anyway to fix this?

Hi Could you send me a photo of how yours printed/ The size you printed it, with that info I can tweak the design (thicken the details, simplify lines, etc.) so it prints much better for you.

Hey! I am noticing that you are copying a lot of the other freshie mold files on here. MANY of the ones that you're posting are EXACT replicas of what I have previously made and its happened daily for a week now. I am going to have to report this to cults if this does not stop immediately.

Hey, I do not copy or use anyone else's freshie STL files, if there’s a specific case you’re concerned about, I’m happy to take a closer look. Besides this is a free market and everyone is allowed to list their designs on Cults3D.

Hey I have downloaded cookie cutter and have tried to copy and paste to the slicer and it will not work. That is how I've always done it. Am I doing something wrong?

I recently downloaded your townhouse file and I really like it, however the chimney isn’t fully attached on that file. On the picture it doesn’t show a chimney at all. Im still new to this and don’t know how and if there is a way to fix it myself. Is there a way that you could please remove the chimney please

Hi there, I just downloaded the file and slice both in creality slicer, they are working fine, I also uploaded the slicing images, if you are not using creality slicer, please use creality slicer to try again, I am using creality slicer version 4.8, I believe other versions should work too.

Bought the 3D frame for a Freshie mold, the mold is super thick and the space is to thin for a Freshie to have the thickness it needs :(
