Hi there, I recently purchased the Alien Oscar diorama: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/alien-xenomorph-wins-oscar-printing-diorama
The individual parts, the torso seems on a completely different scale from the other parts when I import it into Prusaslicer, I'm having a hard time to get the scale to match which makes it impossible to fit the model together when printed in parts. Could you please update the file with matching scale?

Prusaslicer (Desktop, Windows) is importing the STL of the torso at a different scale from the other parts.

Hello, what model are you referring to? most of my models have a large amount of detail and might show errors in some slicers, but have been printed with no issues although some show errors.

Hello, Many of our designs are distributed in different platforms, in some cases are remixes, such as gambodys collaborations. I am aware they remove any of the models from Etzy. I would sugest contacting etzy for further information. Regards.

Hi, i've bought the alien head bust but ther's an issue with the middle head part... the obj and stl are not the same. i've printed the obj file due cura doesn't slice the stl part and now it doesn't fit with the front head. It's cut different so now I have to reprint the middle head. I suggest you to fix that

The obj file of middle head have an additional part of the front head, while the stl part is the correct cut to merge with the front head

I just bought the "Alien Xenomorph Sewer Escape 3D Printing Diorama" but the STL files look like a bad scan. I open them in Voxeldance Tango and it has so many tiny triangles than when doing the supports it creates random supports in places it makes no sense. I honestly wonder if the files are corrupted, or if there is any piece of advice that you could provide to smoothen the surface. If not, I am afraid I would like to request a refund because I honestly have the feeling that, even when extremelly cool, is not a printable file.
Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience, as shown in the images, the model has a large ammount of detail, so you will not find many smooth surfaces on the body. However, please note the model has been printed many times and in different printers, Resin, FDM, etc. You will have to adjust/remove the supports that you dont need.
I understand. I tried to rescalate it a bit smaller and maybe there is where the issues appeared. Thanks for the answer! I will try a test print
