I purchased your model, but the holes in the product were too small for us and we couldn't get a good result. Could you please adjust the hole sizes to 3mm and 3.5mm? I tried it myself but couldn't succeed. Please help me. Thank you.
The holes should be 3 mm without changing the base measurement.

Hello again. First of all, thank you very much for your interest and effort. When I tried the file you updated, the holes that were 3 mm in the print became 2.5 mm, and the holes that were 3.5 mm became 3 mm, and the symmetry of the holes in this file was broken. When I printed it, we needed a file with 4 mm and 3.5 mm symmetrical holes.
Just sent an update notification regarding the model, added a model with 4mm hole sizes, including both symmetrical and non-symmetrical patterns. You can reach out to me from instagram dms if the problem continues.

Obviously if you 3D scanned this marvel helmet that is a real thing Disney sells you would know how terrible the detail is in your file. It it’s a very rough file. Looks like something made from hand trying to replicate the original. Not worth $10… please refund.
As a designer I am unable to make refunds from my page. From what it's worth I have updated and provided a well detailed version of the model.
The model you viewed earlier was a preview only file that I have uploaded, indicating it was reduced in size because of the 5mb threshold. It is normal that a reduced file has smoothed out / non-detailed surfaces being it was not intended to be printed. I believe you couldn't find the detailed version of the file so I have updated it, also provided its non reduced -high density version, which has all the details but high in file size. They are all uploaded and sent to you.
Here is the situation:
The original print file is updated and sent along with the file you couldn't check before, the file must be well in detail and print out without an issue. Right now there are 4 files: 2 of them new high density mesh models and 2 of the old files I am guessing you couldn't find during your previous download session.
Secondly, the product itself was never 3D scanned, it was modelled using Zbrush / Autodesk Fusion combined which I am subscribed to, therefore model being $10 because of the subscription prices I pay regularly for these softwares. Considering the regular expenses I make, the model itself is reasonably priced.
And finally, as I have mentioned the site doesn't allow me to refund, however I believe it would be unfair to provide a refund at this point because everything was exactly the same with the print file. While you were making the purchase there were clear screenshots of the image representing exactly what you would get, regardless;
I provided a detailed version of the model along with your purchase.
The model here is not scanned nor 1:1 stolen, it is a replica / implementation, it is not supposed to be exactly what another company sell; it is a fan art and made using different dimensions and slightly different design choices.
As a seller I am here to provide exactly what you need and I am willing to update the file according to your expectations, I am collaborating within my abilities considering how the site works.
Hope you will understand the situation, and as I have mentioned before I will make all the necessary changes to make the design meet your expectations, unfortunately there is nothing else I can do.
