When attempting to download this file to my pc it says the compressed zip folder is invalid. Can I please get some help with this and/or the correct file?

I just bought the Darkrai file, but I can't open it.

Hey, I was trying to download the leafeon figure but when I tried unzipping the file it didn't work. Same with the umbreon.
Hello! Yes, a few people have had the same issue, and I’m not entirely sure why.
It seems to be related to the extraction program. I use WinRAR to compress the files, so try using that 7zip works too.
If the problem persists, feel free to let me know.

Heya sorry I should have worded it properly, what i meant was the signalis character model you have theres a photo of it on your profile but do you have any other photos of it as how it would appear before printing like the stl in its raw form so I can inspect it 360 before purchasing
I'm currently on holiday until tomorrow and away from my computer. As soon as I get back, I’ll try to upload a turntable of the model.

Bonjour, je viens de télécharger le fichier Umbreon de Cults et de l'ouvrir avec le logiciel/programme "Winrar" et tous les fichiers apparaissent. Il se peut qu'il y ait un problème avec votre programme de décompression de fichiers.
Peut-être que « 7zip » peut vous aider (qui est un autre programme de décompression) si vous n'utilisez pas « Winrar ».
Je te souhaite bonne chance. Si vous ne parvenez pas à le décompresser correctement avec un programme, faites-le moi savoir et je verrai ce que nous pouvons faire.
