I just purchased your ghastly haunter gengar wall hanger and the stl files that say str for the back of the Pokemon gangers do not open in chitu box it says its a rar am I able to get the stl files for the backs or am I having to open the rar and then convert it to a stl bc I really don't want to do that...
You need to UNZIP the file .Rar
Then you ll got all the files.
You dont need to convert anything.

I discovered some time later that there is a zip file among the others containing the missing pieces. The problem is that all the files appear on the computer with the same appearance and the zip file goes unnoticed. They all have the name STL except this one and that's what's causing the confusion. All the files really are there and I already printed the charizard perfectly

I bought the file of the POKEMON CELL PHONE HOLDER but there are no Bambu files.. just STL? this is not what was advertised. Bambu files are 3mf and are painted.
Sorry for miss understand. We said bamboo files, for sliced and cutted for bamboofiles.
We do not make 3mf, you need to slice as you like.
But the files are in only one to you choose the best way to make your slice.

Good morning I bought the file of the POKEMON CELL PHONE HOLDER but I noticed that the charmander came in 100% of the size, but the belly came smaller in the real size, and the tail part did not come to close. I did a test on the eye and it is smaller than the original size of the body, so it is difficult to get the size right for fittings.
