Hey, thanks for the kind words! Our models are created and presupported for resin printing. As such, we can't really offer any help when it comes to FDM. And our presupports are not meant for FDM.

I'm aware that you apparently don't accept commissions, requests, or ideas from potential clients, regardless of what they are. What I'd like to know is why? Have you had bad experiences in the past?
Hey! It's a simple matter of price negotiations being so far away we are not even willing to get into such discussions. For us, the full production cost of a single model, excluding any profit for us, averages at 2,000 USD, which is already way more than any single individual would be willing to pay for an STL. So it's much simpler for us to not even get into such discussions and explain every time why the price is so high when you can commission a model on Fiverr for a hudred bucks.

Hi, i found this cool model of Caitlyn from Arcane -> "Caitlyn Kiramman | Arcane | 155mm", i would like to ask if it is made in scale. so the 155mm and in 1/6 scale for the character or not.
It's 1/8 scale, same as all other Arcane characters from our studio.
I noticed all the pieces were separated. Is there one piece option? I’m trying to make a life size figure of this and would be a lot easier to have assembled file for the program I’m using for scaling. Let me know thanks

hi, i've recently bought and downloaded your 3d model of mercy from overwatch and obv i printed it and went all good, i was just wandering if you could give me a hand and tell me with what software and the settings of your supports (bc i used the pre-supported file) bc they were really amazing and came off really easly leaving any signs on the model, i would really glad to know that, thanks
Hey! We use Lychee slicer for our presupports. As for the settings, you can check them for yourself by loading LYS files into the slicer.
I have to say, however, that there is no magical solution for our presupports; they are all done manually, piece by piece, by spending days on each model.

Hi! so i bought the Invis Malice and Emma frost combo set download and it was at full price- is it possible to get a partial refund if possible? I just saw that they went on sale after i bought it on the 6th of december.

Hey! I know it sucks, but alas, Cults3D doesn't have a partial refund functionality.
Is it maybe possible to refund completely? I haven't opened the files if that is a concern.
