Thank you for reaching out. I just tried and it definitely does download and open in Prusa Slicer and Bamboo Studio. You are the first to report this problem on this logo which leads me to believe that it could have been the website. Please try downloading again or if you send me an email to bisonmesh@gmail.com. I have reached out to Cults3D to also look into this.

Hello, What program are you trying to use? I just downloaded the file on my end and it works fine with Prusa slicer and Bambu Studio.

Can you try redownloading the Porsche logo file? You do not need to repurchase. I have checked and there are 2 files, a .3mf and a .stl. If the redownload does not work I will have to submit a ticket to Cult3D to see if they can see if anything is wrong.

Another alternative I just thought of, if you send me your email address, I will email you the files as well :)

The model was designed that you just add a colour change at the layer you want as the colours are at different heights.
I use prusa slicer so right clicking on the layer slider where want the colour change to happen is how that's done on that program.

Hello, thank you for reaching out! I have made all of my logo models on a commercial license for anyone to sell them :) That is also a reason why I have attached a small fee to each model. I do want to let you know that these aren't lightboxes in their current state, you would have to take the model and turn them into one.. if you have any other questions, I would be happy to assist!

Hello! Thank you for reaching out. The 3D printed holder will work for this lens but you will have to separate the glass from the metal ring. Only the glass will fit this holder. Hope this helps and if you have any more questions please ask!

Thank you for reaching out! I just checked my model and I see I made a mistake as the black should have been on the same height as the rest of the black! So sorry! I have made the correction and posted the new models as CHI V2.
I do not use Venmo, all I use is PayPal or e-trnasfer.

Thank you! I hate to be picky, but I am now noticing that there doesn't appear to be a color assigned after black (twice as many infill layers as normal), I do not see a place for the blue lines inside the yellow feather (I think they end up being red with the red feather) and the inside of the earring should be orange. I know, very picky. If you don't mind sharing your email address, I would like to send you something for your work.

Oh my gosh. There is never any hurry. This is a hobby. The Blackhawks is the most complicated and I want to make sure I get the colors correct before printing. I've gone over and over the slice to make sure I don't screw it up. That's how I noticed. Of course I could have made a mistake so please let me know if I'm looking at something wrong. Cheers!

There were a couple more issues that I found and I have double checked by slicing the model myself. Should be all good now and I have updated to V3! :)

My process for creating logos is probably not the best but, I try and find already made SVGs as much as possible and use an editing program to separate each colour into it's own layer. I use Photopea just because it's free and online. If I can't find a logo as an SVG I'll bring the jpeg or preferably png into Photopea and try my best to get each colour created as it's own layer. Once I have all my layers I'll export each layer into it's own SVG file.

After I have all my SVGs I will import them into Fusion 360 and extrude the features to the desired layer height.
If I'm having real troubles I will take my time and just trace a picture in Fusion 360 haha.

Thanks for the response. I printed the Avalanche logo tonight. I was able to get it printed, but I was wondering if you could take a look at the file. I understand why you didn't use the traditional 4 layers per color, but the last layer of the first white (layer 3 for me) was not sliced as a top. Layer 4 (new color) printed as a top layer. It used no infill and printed slower. There may be more issues, but I lost track as I was inserting black under certain colors to make them darker and can't remember how things printed. If you don't want to bother, I understand, I just thought you might want to know. Thanks again.

BTW, I am not trying to complain. I appreciate all of your work. I have printed 20 of your logos. The Blackhawk and Avalanche are the only two I thought may have issues. Great work!

I can absolutely take a look at the avalanche logo! I very much appreciate you reaching out with these issues! I wouldn't have known otherwise as I haven't gotten any feedback about these! So thank you!

I feel like it definitely should be the traditional 4 layers... That was one of the original models I made (Avalanche, Blackhawks, Blues, Oilers were all made around the same time) if there was going to be issues it would have been those as I was still learning how to create logos and I still haven't gotten around to actually printing most of them.

I also still need to get around to creating the "new" Kings and Ducks logos as well as vintage and PWHL! If you have any requests please let me know!
