I bought the "MONSTER HUNTER GREAT IZUCHI" file based on your description saying it's "ready to print". It's clearly not, the file is covered in non-manifold faces and obviously would fail. I'd really like a refund as this would not work at all for printing.

Hello.
I paid for 6 of your Monster Hunter STLs/files (namielle, valstrax, malzeno, eruzerion, magnamalo, shantien), and I am fairly disappointed.
Of the downloaded STL's, several of them are far too small for printing, and do not match the size stated on the page (Namielle, Shantien, Valstrax), and while the other 3 were at least adequate size, the low poly count of the other 3 will not have the minis coming out looking acceptable. For reference I have tried all files provided, including having a more experienced printing individual assist once problems were encountered.
I would like to ask you to please refund me for these STLs/files, as I do not believe this is acceptable quality for what you are offering.

Hi. No, the models aren't sliced. They're a single piece, but it shouldn't be difficult to slice them into parts with any 3D editing software.

Another quick question as I just switched to resin printer. Are the monster hunter files ready for print or rips that need work before printing as I don't really know how to do any of the repair stuff.
