Hola buen día, es posible imprimirse pero deberá ser por secciones, lamentablemente no tenemos el modelo seccionado debido a que a cada cliente le funciona mejor acomodarlo y seccionarlo a su conveniencia dependiendo el tamaño de su impresora, el modelo original mide aproximadamente 60 cm de cabeza a cola. the files are not calibrated to fit the lamp how to calibrate to the corect size ?

Hi, the model i bought is COMPLETELY different from the pictures. the pictures show a nice rendering fromother models, Ie a Seletti monkey lamp. the one i got is an STL with no rendering and is barely a draft of what was sold. No way to communicate with the seller. I'm going to ask a refund to paypal.

Recientemente adquirí su modelo "Conjunto de 4 Monos de Seletti" y me gustaría solicitar un reembolso. Los archivos descargados difieren significativamente de las representaciones; los detalles del cuerpo están simplificados y las caras no coinciden con el diseño de Seletti. Además, la vista previa 3D no permitía una rotación adecuada para observar estas discrepancias.
No encontré una opción para enviarle un mensaje privado, y Cults3D recomienda contactar directamente al diseñador antes de escalar el asunto. ¿Podría ayudarme con este reembolso?

For the wall mounted Raven lamp, is there a hole in the branch or how does one go about attaching the wall? Model shown is what is actual file? Thanks!
Hello, yes we have updated the model with the hole in the branch. The real model is the one that appears in blue in the second photograph, compared to the original Seletti lamp it has some changes and improvements to better adapt to 3D printing.
I am requesting a refund, this STL file does not the same as pictured, plus when I down load the parts they are not equal in size feet vs body. I have tried sevearl times to download the feet which come out either huge or tiny.
