hello, i purchased the Omnitrix watch, i ordered the exact heat inserts that you linked, but the holes on the base itself are the same size its seems...the smaller heat inserts just fall right through. is it possible to use the same inserts for both sets of holes or is there a fix for this?

hello i ordered the ultimatrix for the 46mm classic galaxy watch 4 way back when but something has come up trying to print again it looks like the dial for this model is the same between both size versions and its the 42mm i think. my question is can you check the 46 mm dial for the ultimatrix?

Hey I meant to actually download the galaxy watch 4 classic ben 10 alien force omnitrix model instead of the 46mm which is just general watches, while the galaxy watch 4 classic is specifically built for my model of watch. Is there a way I could exchange them? I think my models I downloaded were $20 and the galaxy 4 classic was $17. Thanks!

Hello, good morning. I just purchased a 3D file for the WayBig Ben 10 Alien (Articulated), which is located in the Ben 10000 Models folder.

But they are not the same files shown in the photo in the post. He appears to have articulation at the elbows and knees, and the files don't show it.

This implies that the files are incorrect.
