Hi there, so personally I've never experienced this issue before but I will investigate for you.
May I ask what program are you trying to load the files into or what system?
Also what kind of device do you use to load your 3d files, as it might be something to do with the device capabilities.

I use the buildbee platform to slice and downloaf gcode. I have a monoprice select V2, I will have to slightly scale the project for my printer but ive nevet had issues with that before.

Hi there so I've seen buildbee does things online and you might have a size limit on what it can upload, maybe have a look at your current plan on buildbee and see if there is a cap on how big a file can be to slice.
If this doesn't solve the problem I'll keep checking so please let me know.

Good day, I did some research and just wanted to find out if you have updated your bambu studio lately and if it is associating with standard STL files?

Let me know if the issue still carries on, I have tried the file in Cura and it worked fine so I think it is specific to your Bambu Studio install, you might have to try reinstalling the program

Hi there, I see how they can be difficult to find as they are usually labeled as "magnet plates for phone."

Seems like there was an issue with Cults3D servers but they've remedied it, try downloading it again and let me know if it works if it doesn't then I'll adjust and re upload the file

Yes , I downloaded the file but it’s only is Kb and not able to open up , any other way that you could send me the file direct ?

Hi so all my files are just standard ZIP files and as I understand its not the same as a Kb file but have you tired updating your unzipping program for example Winzip, Winrar etc? I believe Windows also provides a standard unzipping function aswell, so I would suggest just checking if anything needs updating.
If you are still having trouble I'll look into the matter through Cults3d itself, as I said all my files that I upload is supposed to be ZIP format

I usually download files to my iPhone , I can’t show you the screen shot, usually the file I download from Cults3d has no issues. Let me know what can be done to rectify this, else , I just call for a cancellation and refund. Thanks

Alrighty I am currently investing the matter and will let you know, I might re-upload the file but unzipped and see if that will resolve the issue as I understand iPhone supports STL files so it might be better for you to download that way

Ok so I've re-uploaded just the STL file for you so have a look and see if you are able to download and open it on your iPhone otherwise I would suggest using a computer/laptop instead.

Hi, that is strange I will have a look at it but it is not too detailed for it to struggle with loading onto cura. Have you updated your cura to the latest program yet? You can also re download the files and see if it wasn't maybe an error that occurred but I will have a look at the files today and get back to you.

I also use cura to slice the files so i will trouble shoot them quickly

So I had a look at the designs and they loaded fine on my pc but it might be the high poly count that could have caused loading issues so i,ve updated the files with added lower poly models. I hope this solves your problem, let me know if it does.

Good day, i use the large 4cm suction cup that usually has a flat cylindrical back and sometimes has a hook that i just remove and then i resin them into the socket.
(Keep in mind not all have the same size back so sometimes i have to trim them shorter to fit)

They work a lot better than the standard as they are meant to hold more weight. I believe they are usually labeled under "wall hooks with suction cup" and you can find them under the bathroom section most of the time.

But let me know if you find them otherwise i can send you a link to the ones i found online on Shein

Also if it helps the cylindrical back of the ones i usually get is about 1cm wide
