Hello, thank you for your purchase. I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty printing. The firmware you purchased has no control on print quality. As per the description only the stepper motor controls were adjusted with the firmware to allow the chiron to use the extruder. You still would have to do test prints to adjust your print setting and controls. I think you are looking for Cura Printing Profiles which would allow you to achieve better print quality. We have great print quality tests and other happy customers using this firmware.

No unfortunately we do not have the old scans. If you would like a scan of the MK1 we could do the rear section for about $800-$1000 CAD depending on resolution or quality of the scan.

If printed in PC carbon fiber it holds up great. You will need hardware but the supports are included with the download. I can post images later on for you. Thanks for contacting us. Have a great day.

There are a lot of requirements to print in carbon fiber. All metal high heat extruders with an enclosed printer are needed for sure... You will need to mod your printer as well as the firmware to be able to print at high temps.

i just purchased a larger printer (the anycub kobra max) and the upgraded hot end. What filament do you recommned? having issues finding the PC Carbon FIber.

I purchase it directly from the distributer in China. We purchase 10 -20 rolls at at time. Priline PC CF is the only brand that seems to live up to its standards and its all I use. If you cant find any I have 15 or so 1 kg, 1.75mm rolls in stock and can ship world wide if needed.

Hi Boby, thank you for contacting us. I had a look at your page and toys are not really our thing. We try to support designers with useful for daily life prints. We want to help cut down the effects of mass production and waisted products by 3d printing and not support those who contribute to filling our landfills with one time use products just to make money.
I have no doubt you will do good but we do ask you take this to mind when designing endless items that basically perform the same function.
Contrary to most peoples knowledge is that PLA is 100% biodegradable? The truth is only when broken down by the using proper recycling facilities can this be done. It take 1000's or more years to breakdown in the landfill meanwhile the whole time producing methane gases.
Just some food for thought.

I just double checked the firmware programing and it is the same as the Master Chiron file which I run on multiple printers. Try flashing the firmware again, I would also recommend to only use Arduino IDE program to flash firmware.

the wiring is the original one, i mean wiring of the sensor. Everything work, just the sensor not. i flash it three times now.

Steps to flash firmware:
1- download Arduino (free).
2- open BIQU file with Arduino.
3- Turn on Printer and connect to PC or laptop with USB cable.
4- Once connected click upload button on Arduino.
5- wait for upload to complete and song to play on the Anycubic Chiron.
6- disconnect usb and turn off printer for 2 mins, then restart printer.

Follow these steps and you should be good!

im not Stupid ;) everything works fine, good job. but the Sensor didnt works. When i flash back to origin Firmware it works. When i flash yours, the button for levelling didnt work

Ok, without pictures it is very hard to guess... You can test the sensor with electrical tester, (I have had them fail). Or you may have faulty wiring, bad connections or damaged the mother board if you didn't disconnect it before soldering.
I run the same firmware and have no issues with bed leveling.
An easy way to tell is just flash the stock firmware back on and try to level. If it still doesn't work we can rule out the programming.

as i say, when i flash back to original firmware the sensor and the levelling works (but not the Biqu because not right setting in original)

also the sensor open and close correctly. And when you sell a software then you can give Support please. Dont see the smiley on my Answer ? i use arduino and printers since years. i know the procedure...

Hi. Yes we have access to original 2001 Audi TT grilles and could scan them for you. You would be looking at $500 CAD for the two front side grilles or $800 for the whole bumper. STL files included.
