Thanks for your interest! Our models were designed for FDM, but most all of our designs should work for resin as well although they are not optimized as such -- which in particular are you looking at?

Hi, thanks for your message! The j2 and j4 are just versioning numbers, as we iterated on the design. The best way to build this sword is with a steel (or aluminum) dowel and brass inserts. The dowel (3/16" or 5mm, both should work) can be tapped on either side, so that once the parts are strung together they can be screwed down. The pommel, handle, and sword tip have a space to insert the brass inserts.

How did you assemle the club with the grip and bic pen? Cant seem to get mine to work, i am clearly missing something.

I will take some pictures of an assembly and add them to the listing! Basically the TPU grip slides over the bottom of the shaft (while the golf head snaps onto the top side). Once in place, the BIC insert should go through the hole in the grip grip and into the shaft. With the right settings, it should be a snug friction fit - but a little dab of hot glue could be necessary if you are having trouble. But let me know how it is fitting for you, I can adjust the tolerances. Thanks!

Thankyou so much for your response. I was doing it correctly. I may just need some glue. Is there a setting you would recommend to make it more snug? I would like to have it so the pen could be replacable.

Sure! Hm, what kind of printer are you using? I printed some more yesterday, and the fit is snug on our ABS printers, but it's a little loose on the PLA printer I tried. I am going to adjust the taper tolerance to fix the issue, and will upload a new file. Thanks!

Sure thing!! Print the wings without support, flat on the build plate. Most printers should be able to print the top hemisphere without support, while the bottom hemisphere halves could use a small amount of support around the back hinge. Just make sure you don't put support into the magnet or pin holes, or it might be difficult to remove.
