The left upper limb skeleton is a complex structure that allows for a wide range of movement and dexterity. It can be divided into several distinct regions:

Shoulder Girdle:
This consists of the:
Scapula (shoulder blade): A flat, triangular bone that provides a surface for muscle attachment.
Clavicle (collarbone): A long, slender bone that connects the arm to the torso.
Arm (Brachium):
This region contains the:
Humerus: The long bone that extends from the shoulder to the elbow.
Forearm (Antebrachium):
This region contains two bones:
Radius: The bone on the lateral (thumb) side of the forearm.
Ulna: The bone on the medial (pinky) side of the forearm.
Hand (Manus):
This region is further divided into:
Carpals (wrist bones): Eight small bones arranged in two rows that provide flexibility to the wrist.
Metacarpals (palm bones): Five long bones that form the framework of the palm.
Phalanges (finger bones): Bones that make up the fingers. Each finger has three phalanges (proximal, middle, and distal), except for the thumb, which has only two (proximal and distal).  
Key features of the left upper limb skeleton:

The shoulder girdle allows for a wide range of motion at the shoulder joint.
The elbow joint, formed by the humerus, radius, and ulna, enables flexion and extension of the forearm.
The radius and ulna allow for pronation and supination (rotation) of the forearm.
