scx24 ledge dangler

it is a generic toyota like hard body with pinched nose and dove tail. you can not run full droop with this body the servo horn will hit on the front of the body. but it still flexes to the fullest capacity. the steering wheel, and snorkel needs supports and so does the rear bumper/fender well. all the details glue onto the body. it comes with body mounting posts marked with an F for front and R for rear. i left the body intact so you can use magnets or what ever. to make the mounting post holes just put a dot of paint on the posts and align the body how you want it to set. then make holes where the dot of paint shows up. that is what i did for mine. it takes two retaining pins. the front inner fender well part acts as a brace. the bumper didnt look right because the servo horn needs clearance. so i only made a rear bumper. if you align the body properly from tip to tip of the frame rails it fits down on the inner fender wells pretty tight. its a very solid fit. i converted a 100 percent stock white jeep wrangler

i used a glue stick on the bed and a brim. the small parts dont like to stick on my ender 3v2 bed. glue stick is a 100 percent bulletproof method. cura says it isnt water tight but it all prints up without any glitching what so ever. pretty straight forward build. front and rear cassis braces take 2 screws a piece. the body posts are a single centered post front and rear. large holes for the standard scx24 clips and small holes for the standard scx24 screws. im pretty pleased with the outcome. im now working on a generic power wagon style body.
