Key Features
- Accurate Design: Modelled directly from the original rim for true-to-scale detail.
- Solid Construction: Thicker faces and outer rims provide enhanced durability—ideal for smaller prints.
- Dimensions: 100mm x 50mm with a 10mm center (@100% print).
- Scalable: Easily adjust for 1:18, 1:25, 1:32, 1:43, and 1:64 scales.
Scaling Guide
To calculate scale:
- 1:18 Scale: Real rim ÷ 18
- 1:25 Scale: Real rim ÷ 25
- 1:32 Scale: Real rim ÷ 32
- 1:43 Scale: Real rim ÷ 43
- 1:64 Scale: Real rim ÷ 64
Example:
A real 19" rim in 1:32 scale → 19 ÷ 32 = 0.59 inches / 25.4mm (≈25.4% of file size).
If using our tyre files (sized for a 100mm rim), scale them by the same percentage. For best fit, make tyres slightly larger to allow for print, cure, and paint tolerances.
Compatibility
- Standard Hub: Perfect for 1:64–1:43 models using push axles.
- Through Axles (Hot Wheels style): Use the "With Hub, No Badge, Larger Center" file — drill if necessary for smooth rotation.
- Larger Scale Models: Use "Rim Without Hub"; compatible hubs are available separately from our store. link
- Rubber Tyres: For secure mounting, use our Tyre Retainer Ring Set available from Cults3D store. link
License & Usage
- Files are for personal use only — not to be shared, sold, or uploaded elsewhere.
- To sell physical prints, a Commercial License is required. link

Resin / PETG / PLA
Print Orientation:
Rotate -45°, with the rim face angled upward for best surface finish.
