3D model description

N Gauge (1:148 Scale) BR Class 02 Shunter
The class 02 was built from 1960 and a total of twenty were built for use around restricted gauge trackwork for example docks. This model is designed to fit on either the supplied non movable dummy chassis or the Tsugawa 12v Chassis available from Tramfabriek https://tramfabriek.nl/motorised-chassis.html . (TU-DB158) Slight modification is required to the chassis but is very easy. The pins need to be removed and the connecting rod part that goes to the balance weight needs removing. The balance weights also need removing. These are cosmetic and will not effect the running of the chassis.

I have included stl files for the handrails but /i decided to use wire on my model but used the printed one on the end veranda. The files included have the body in one piece or in two I did this to help with painting and applying transfers. I managed to do mine from the single complete print.

3D printing settings

Printed using an Elegoo Mars 2 Pro. Resin was Elegoo ABS Like grey at 0.03mm layers. I love this resin as it has a bit of spring to it which for this model is very useful with the delicate handrail.
