3D model description

PROP USE ONLY!
This is a collection of dummy rounds. They are unable to be fired and are completely safe. The rounds are as 1:1 but finding good data on the Bofors was tricky, so they be slightly off. All rounds are designed in multiple parts to fit in a 250mm height limit and so the case can be printed in a different color than the projectile. The Zip file has everything but I put some copies for you to spin in the 3d viewer.

the only parts you will need are 12, 5mm diameter by 1.5mm thick magnets for the 120x570 sabot peddles so they stick together. There will be pockets in the peddles just put some supper glue in then the magnet and make sure the magnets are aligned to pull together.

120x570 TPCSDS-T M865 (Target Practice, Cone Stabilized, Discarding Sabot-Tracer) famously used in the M1 Abrams for training. ( I ran out of filament for the sabot so my round is a little shorter than it should be)

Printed on a FDM printer, layer height 0.2mm, speed 70mm/s, temp 205 C, infill 10% except for the 120x570mm CCC (the Bronze part) which should be printed at 100%
