Custom Disc Golf Cart: PLEASE READ

Ok It Took Some Time To Get This Up. I know A Lot Of You Have Been Waiting. The Time Has Come. I Have Tested The Cart For Awhile Now And It Has Held Up To Some Pretty Tuff Terrain With No Issues. I Have Included All The Files To Make This Cart. Also Included Are Bambu 3MF Files Ready To Print. Now With Bambu Slicer Individual Plate Settings Are Not Set. You Will Need To Make Sure You Are Using Supports Where Needed. This Item Will Be Updated As Things Change And You Will Have Future Assess To The New Files With Purchase. Custom Request Can Be Made And Files Added.

Now All The Parts Except For The Lid Coupler And The TPU Tires Can Fit On A 256x256x256 Build Plate. The Tires And The Lid Coupler Need A 300x300 Build Plate. If Useing A Single Color Machine Logo Will Not Appear. Good News Is That Makes Them Easy For The End User To Modify Them For A Custom Look. Total Build Took About 5 1kg Rolls Of PETG and 2 1kg Rolls Of TPU For The Tires, Feet, And Putter Holders. ALSO IMPORTANT: ZUCA CART WHEELS WILL NOT FIT WITH FENDERS INSTALLED. 3d Printed Wheels Or No Fenders Your Choice. I May Add Zuca Wheel Fenders In The Future.

Recommend Printing All The Parts Before Assembling To Check Fitment Due To Variance in printers ability to Print Tolerances.When Assembling The Main Body And The Lid Use CA Glue To Join As It Is A Strong Quick Setting Glue And Leaves No White Residue. All The Holes In The Main Body And The Lid Get Heat Set Brass Inserts Listed Below In The Parts Section. Also In The Parts Section Are Screw Assortments needed To Assemble All The Parts. Use Lock Tite On All Fasteners Including The Wheel Nuts And Spacers.
