The new (even lower!) UltraLow xTool RA2 Pro Chuck Leveler V3 is suitable for most xTool machines (xTool D1 (Pro), F1, F1 Ultra, P2 and many other models and brands that can use the xTool RA2 Pro) and helps with leveling out odd-shaped tumblers/glasses or items with or without handles so you can easily engrave them.

*** NOTE: This item DOES work with the standard xTool S1 but is basically only suitable for small or medium mugs and tumblers without handles because of the limited engraving height of the S1!

22/11/2024 - NEW lower and stronger V3 design: 22,5 mm lower in total height than the V1 version and even 7,5mm lower than the V2 and still allows for a 14 degrees tilt!

You can use the xTool RA2 Pro Rotary Adapter in several different ways for engraving. Mainly using the rollers or the chuck. The rollers will be fine for engraving objects with nice flat shapes like most tumblers or glasses. But as soon as shapes are different or a small handle is present on a tumbler or glass, you will need to use the chuck rotary.
And that’s exactly where it becomes tricky as the standard chuck assembly doesn’t allow any tilting to compensate for odd-shaped items items or offer the extra necessary height to not let the handle be a showstopper...literally.

So now, you can 3D print your own Chuck Leveler. All you need is filament and some grease for the printed threads. No other parts or materials required, just print and go!

Included in the ZIP file:
- 13 STL files including several Leg Riser STL's (print these STL's 4 times - one for each leg) because you may need the additional height if you don't have the leg risers that are included in the original RA2 Pro kit for the xTool D1 (Pro). Just use a Leg Riser per leg to have sufficient height. Available in 8mm, 88mm and 100mm height for your convenience.

NOTE: It's advised to put some grease on the threaded parts to improve a smooth operation.

Recommended print settings:
- Fits on a print bed with a minimal printable area of 200mmx212mm (largest STL size)
- 0.2mm layer height (or lower for more detail)
- 3 walls or more recommended
- 20% (Gyroid) infill (or higher for extra strength)
- No supports
- No brim or raft
- Filament: PLA, PETG, etc.
- Bambulab Bambu Studio .3mf file included with ready-to-go settings and multiple plates.
