3D printer file info

3D model description

I didn't print this, instead I Used a CNC to cut this out of 6mm plywood.
I provide the .dxt as also the .stl so you can print or CNC this.

There are no tolerances, so you need to file a little bit to get it right.

For the battery mounting i took an old Metabo Loading station, cut it to fit and soldered an old laptop cable directly onto B+ and B-.

Afterwards I marked the places for the screws with little nails and than drilled it to fit, so I think you can do the same with Dewalt, Makita or what else.

The barrel is just a 15mm copper tube cut to size, you can also use a wooden dovel instead
