I've only used PETG for these. Please use this or something stronger. With PETG and 70% infill, I could lift a 50lb weight with this. (I had to lift by hand because I cannot lift a 50lb weight with one leg).

I'd recommend 30lbs or less which I currently lift.

Excellent for Tibialis raises
Leg raises, side leg lifts, etc.

I recommend learning the "when" and "why" to do this from the "knees over toes guy" (https://www.youtube.com/c/thekneesovertoesguy) or his ATG training program: https://www.atgonlinecoaching.com/

This design requires you to convert a snowboard boot binding.

This design fits a standard Burton baseplate which a lot of snowboard bindings use, but not all. If you can, I'd recommend going to a local ski/snowboard shop and asking if they have old bindings lying around (they usually do, especially if they have in-house rentals).

I have to thank: https://puddinflaps.wixsite.com/mysite for hooking me up with a few pairs of old bindings.

Bindings are designed for a larger boot. You may need to cut, modify, and shorten the strap system to fit your foot.

If there's enough demand or interest, I'll make a design for other binding types and kids binding size (which would fit an adult foot without modification).

Or I can make another design that holds a metal bolt and can support more than 50lb (but at this point consider a tib bar instead).

I've included two types of nuts and a washer. I can easily hand tighten the standard nut and do not need the washer, it's included in case you need it.

I hope this design helps you build something that helps with physical therapy, knee recovery, and strength. <3
