I scaled everything up 200%
all my gears I Printed are scaled 200% as well but are printed with 3 walls and 35% triangular infill.
I got the body from this link and it is scaled up 200% with an infill of 35%

The front bumper mount you will need to print 2 times and leave it at the default size
The rear bumper mount you will need to print 1 time and leave it at the default size
The Winch batter box if for a 2s Lipo this is optional and would be used only if you install a winch. I got the winch from Temu just search rc winch
The 4S battery Box just print default size
the mega servo bracket is designed for 150kg monster truck servos and will require a separate batter to run them.
The servo power box is so you can connect your servo batteries and servos and have a switch to turn them on after you turn on main power and off before you turn off main power. not doing this will cause the servos to fully twist in one direction witch will damage steering linkage.
the servos are powered by a single 3s Lipo
The front bumper and rear are Identical but I cut the big bar and the winch mount off of the back bumper before printing. you can do this in your slicer using the split command
The custom axel cap is to accommodate the large servos
I modified the long and short axles that go inside the live axle housings to make them round so they take up the excess space to help keep dirt and things out of the housings. I also used grease along the entire inside of the housings and in all of the gear boxes.
the Wheel spindle drive line pin spacers are printed out of TPU and go on the each side of the pins before you put the spindle and wheel hubs on. I used 3mm stainless steel pins for all the pins in this build.
The custom rims I designed are made for RC4WD Mudslinger tires link below
https://store.rc4wd.com/Mud-Slingers-Clod-TXT-1-Tires_p_742.html
Make sure to use the custom spindles from my files or the original ones will not be long enough print these at the default size
the spindle spacers go on the spindles before you insert them into the wheel hubs
the suspension stiffener gets mounted between the suspension frame at the midway point. you just have to drill holes in the suspension arms for the screws to go though
The drive line spacers are for the pins in the drive lines
I used the diff lockers in all diffs on the truck because the diff gears could not handle the power or stress of all the over sized gears
I also used a standard rc piñon gear for the motor but heated it up and melted it into the printed drive gear for the transmission
The custom steering linkage I redesigned to make it much stronger you need to print 2 of them in the default size
The bed cover I designed because I wanted it to look like a truck not a blazer and I needed something to cover all the electronics on the frame. depending on your printer you may have to split this into multiple parts
the bed body mount you should print at 60% triangular infill as this part takes a lot of stress
List of parts I used:
Hobby Wing Quick Run 4274 brushless combo
Flysky RC6GS v3 Controller
Ovonic 4S lipo 6500 mAh 130c Main Power
Ovonic 3s Lipo 1400 mAh 100c for the servos
Ovonic 2s Lipo for the winch
m3 bolts about 100 of them
Hot Stapler I used this to mechanically bond large parts together
CA Glue with Kicker (accelerator)
1/2 all thread and nuts for the steering linkage adjustable arm
m8 bolts to hold the wheels and body on as well as the transmission
I used solid 1/2 inch rod for all the center gear pins (these are basically the shaft that the gears rotate around)
I used a rc light kit from Temu that had head lights, tail lights, turn signals, reverse lights and forward running lights
All the light lenses are resin printed at 200%
I used surgical tubing and rubber bands for the shocks
I printed the door handles and mirrors out of TPU
I used magnets harvested out of Hard Drives for the doors
I glued the hood shut because I had no need for it to open.
