3D model description

Box Frame System 2

This is a set of box frame systems with multiple combination forms.

Frame dimensions are 190x90mm.

There are two types of frames: Snap and Lock.

Six different heights of the box are available (5mm/10mm/20mm/40mm/60mm/100mm), closed and mesh type.

The connecting shafts of the frame use 1.75mm filament as the consumable material.

The wall thickness for 5mm/10mm/20mm boxes is 2mm, and for 60mm/100mm boxes, it's 3mm.

Many accessories are provided, backpack hook,tray，handle and symbols, which can be adapted to the boxes.

3D printing settings

All items can be printed without support structures.(except for the lid with handle)

The side walls of the frame are 0.9mm thick, so when printing, please take care to reduce print speed and adjust the cooling fan's airflow accordingly.
