3-inch Tube Cutting and Marking Jig & X-Pipe Marking Tool **

If you are building custom Exhaust or a Turbo Kit, this is the tool for you.

This tool works for Aluminum, Stainless and Mild Steel tubing materials. You can use this tool to mark the tubing with a Sharpie, or as a Jig to cut the tubing in your bandsaw.

This set is for 3" OD Mandrel Bent 90 degree Tubing
3” by 4-1/2" centerline radius (most common)
3" by 3" Center Line Radius (tight radius)
3" by 3.75" center line radius
3" by 5" center line radius
3" by 3.6" center line radius (1.2D for my Aussie Friends)
**3" by 2.52" Center Line Radius (0.84D ultra tight radius)

The Alignment Key is in 5 degree increments, to help you get a perfect fit on your custom Turbo or Exhaust pipe (5 deg - 85 deg).
It makes PIE CUT sections perfectly straight, so you can make any crazy tubing shape.

This tool also has a notch to mark for a perfect alignment X-Pipe and it can also be set for custom tubing entry and exit angles. It will remove about 1/2" of material from the top of the radius and give you a 2.25" wide opening on your cut line, thus making a perfect 5" wide X-Pipe merge.

Additional Features
It has recess for 8 mm diameter by 2 mm thick magnets (available at any craft store). They are not required, but it makes it easier to mark or cut your tubing with the magnets to hold the upper and lower pieces in place.

With 40% infill, this print will use approximately 350 grams of print filament between the three parts: Upper, Lower & Alignment Key.

The G-code is set up for PLA 1.75 mm material, but it can be printed out of most materials.
