is this any way to to remove the frame requirement I would like to make one of these using color lithopanes from lithopane maker and it does not have a option to make frames on the color lithos.

Hello, you can use any software for lithophane creation. My favorite is www.3dp.rocks. Follow the discription i wrote for the dimensions of the lithophanes and they should fit perfectly.
