This is a model, to adapt to a specific juice extractor, for those of you who want to grate corn in a practical way without much space, and at a much lower cost compared to others.
Inspired by something that, at first, was supposed to be physically functional, for domestic use, without even knowing that it could be made on a 3D printer, but when I ordered some parts online, like gears, it didn't come as I expected, so I discovered that they were made on the 3d printer, so I decided to understand how it worked and do it on my own, and after several models I arrived at this one.
Apart from the 3d model, you also need a small 0.5mm zinc plated stainless steel sheet perforated with a 4.5mm hole thickness tip.
Well, in the end, a model that works really well, for grating green corn, and making cakes and delicacies; production exceeding 100 ears per hour.
Ultimately, what is not discovered remains hidden from view.

3d fdm uses 50 to 100% infill to obtain good mechanical resistance. With a 4mm nozzle, it takes me around 5 hours to make all the pieces in standard configuration, but if you change a few things, the production time can be significantly reduced.
Make the pieces in the direction in which they will be downloaded, i.e. most of them are lying on the table for the greatest direction and best resistance, all horizontally, maximum size 190 mm, they do not all fit in the same print, depending on the printer, well mine is ender 3v2, measures 220 x 220mm
