VESA Adjustable Simracing Monitor Mounting System

Easily fine tune the position of your monitors for perfect triple screen alignment, or use this as a quick release monitor mounting system if you often move your monitor between fixed positions. This design is optimised to take advantage of the strengths of 3D printed materials.

2 styles of mount available
For simplicity, directly screw bolts to the 3D print
For robustness, utilise M8 threaded heat-set inserts

Same adjustability as leading adjustable VESA mounts - height, rotation, side-to-side and tilt!

Hardware needed per monitor mount:
2x M8x60mm bolts
3x M8x45mm bolts
(or keep it simple, use all M8x60mm bolts)
(45 series users - add 1x M8x75mm bolt)

Many factors affect print strength - material choice, print parameters, printing environment, and printer calibration should all be considered carefully.

For reference, I found the following parameters on my 3D printer to support 50kg with no signs of breakage:
PETG, 0.4mm line width, 0.2mm layer height
3 walls (1.2mm thickness)
6 top/bottom layers (1.2mm thickness)
10% gyroid infill

Material - PETG, ABS, PC, or PACF
bottom, top, and wall thicknesses at least 1.6mm
infill at least 15%
