A highly detailed 3D model of the Type 0 Reconnaissance Seaplane (E13A1 "Jake"), the standard reconnaissance aircraft carried by many Imperial Japanese Navy warships.

Designed by a professional mechanical engineer, this model offers options for wing folding and flap positions to suit your diorama needs.

Key Features

• Selectable Wing States: Choose between "Wings Extended" or "Wings Folded".
• Flap Options: Includes a "Flaps Down" version (Added Nov 2025).
• Canopy Options: Includes two versions:
  1. Integrated Canopy: Recommended for a cleaner finish and easier printing.
  2. Separate Canopy: Included for advanced modelers, but please note that the printed frame is extremely fragile.

🔍 Historical Accuracy Note (Wing Fold):
You may notice that the cross-section of the folded wing appears smooth without rib details. This is intentional.
Historical photos show that these joint areas were covered with canvas for rust prevention on the actual aircraft. We have faithfully reproduced this "canvas-covered" look rather than adding incorrect internal structures.
