8020 Sim Rig Mouse Pad

A 3D Printed mouse pad holder for your 8020 Sim Rig.

This is another design of mine where I have utilized some spare 4040 aluminium extrusion to make a mouse pad for my 2 sim Rigs. Tested over 12 months and still exactly the same as the day they were printed. Can be installed on either side of your 8020 Sim Rig

Once printed wou will need the following hardware to mount onto your 4040 extrusion:

2 x M8 x 16mm Socket head cap screws
1 x M8 x 16 CSK (Countersunk) Bolt

Extrusion length used on my Rig is 460mm long (4040)

There are 2 variations included. One is 250mm x 250 mms for use on a larger bed 3D printer and there is also a 220mm x 220 mm version if your printer is not that big. There is an extra 210 x 210 version incase you can't print all the way to the end of your 220mm bed

10 - 15 % infill is fine.

Print upside down. The use of supports will help make your bolt holes nice and clean. Not essential, But I do recommend using them.
