15 X 12 Curved N Scale Turnout Build System

15 X 12 Curved N Scale Turnout Build System with jigs, tools, tie beds and clamps. This is my ninth turnout design so far. Was asked to make a 15 x 12 curved turnout. Pretty sure I can use one as well. The piece came out longer than I expected. The lines and curves create the shape, I just fill in the gaps. I prefer a smooth transition in either direction. Some turnout have a harder curve into a straight. Never liked that unless you are doing a double reversing turnout i.e. a runaround. The best tool I've ever made is included; PCB Tie Gapper / Cutter. Frog Jig to hold the frog rails while soldering the point. Frog / Point File Tool and Stock Rail File Tool for the ends of the frog, diverging and stock rails. Tiebeds as well with one designed for the under micro servo I am now using, as well as one for a drilled throw bar setup. Isolation Gap Guide & Sacrificial Support for the Jewelers Saw to hold the track in a vice. The sacrificial part really helps the saw through the rails, especially the flanges. Three Clamp Sizes and a pile of Clamp Blocks.

I did make some minor changes to the length of some of the PCB ties since the one I built and tested the one Left 15 x 12 in the video. Have not tested those changes since I don't need a second one. Did not make any right turnouts, just the one left. If something seems very wrong with the PBC ties alignment or gap position, contact me, maybe it is wrong... Happy to fix them.

The jig uses support for the clamp edges. I've done the filing blocks nut side with and without, both work. The nuts barley fit since they need to be very tight to work. M8 bolts 25mm long, washers and lock nuts for the filing blocks.
