🔧 Changes & Improvements

1. Reinforced upper anti-sag support

The upper anti-sag section has been strengthened to better handle larger and heavier GPUs. The updated geometry minimizes flex, increases rigidity, and improves overall stability for vertical GPU setups.

1. Model split into parts for easier printing

The model has been divided into smaller sections to allow cleaner prints with significantly fewer supports.

Precision-fit joints between parts

Easy assembly: simply slot the pieces together and glue

Structural strength preserved even in modular form

For those who prefer single-piece printing, the full one-piece updated version is also included.

1. Removal of non-structural elements

Non-essential components that didn't contribute to rigidity were removed. This reduces material usage and print time without affecting durability or functionality.

This mount was designed to allow a fully clean installation, ensuring no visible cables in front of the GPU when mounted vertically.

The geometry and spacing make it easy to route all PCIe power cables behind the GPU and the bracket.

Material: PETG or ABS/ASA for best strength (PLA works but has lower heat resistance, if your case doesnt have a good flow, it would warp)

Walls/Perimeters: 2-3 walls

Infill: 15%-35%

Layer height: 0.20 mm

Supports: minimal or none, depending on the version

Orientation: optimized in the split-part version
