It's finally here!
After 4 months of prototyping and fixing missprints or measurements i finally completed this thing! :)

Main Features
- Supports Original TonUINO PCB & Original Headphone PCB
- Card Box (Store 30+ Cards)
- Magnetic Charging Cable
- Battery Tester
- 3 or 5 Button Version (for 5 Buttons you need to turn the Top Plate)
- Status LED (WS2812) + Individual Logo
- V8 Battery Shield
- Module Plates (Empty) Add your own holes slots etc!
- Bumpers! (not included in this set get them here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadget/tonbox-case-bumpers)

UPDATE 15.11.2019:
added V8 module version that should support both versions, you just need to turn the Battery Shield ;) i will verify this when i get mine!

UPDATE 19.11.2019: Updatet the 3 Front Module Files to slide in easyer.

UPDATE 09.12.2019: Added Left Module without Battery Tester

UPDATE 30.10.2019: Added OBJ Files.

3D printing settings

  • for the case i used 20% 3D honeycomb infill, 0.24 layerheight, 3 perimeters support only where the cardbox goes (i use prusa slicer) if thats not possible just turn on support on bed only
  • the modules i printed with 0,16 layerheight the rest is 0,24 layerheight.
