3D model description

Here is a heatshield and intake kit for the 07K! This will fit any MK5/6 Volkswagen with the 07K 2.5L 5 Cylinder motor - Rabbit, Golf, Jetta, Beetle, or swapped cars.

This kit includes:
3 Inch No Emissions Port Intake (180mm & 200mm)
3 Inch MAF Intake (180mm & 200mm)
3 Inch MAFless Intake (180mm & 200mm)
Heatshield (6mm and 4mm thickness options)
SAI Connector
SAI Delete Plug
PCV Connector
PCV Delete Plug
036-129-689-B Air Cleaner Assembly Grommet (Print in TPU)

Attach intake to throttle body via rubber coupler, 3 1/2 inch to 3 recommended.

The heatshield simply uses an OEM rubber grommet/bushing (036-129 689-B Air Cleaner Assembly Grommet) to mount into the engine bay. I utilized the same mounting location as the Neuspeed P Flo heatshield, and the hole for the intake is 79mm in diameter, so you should be to use any other 3 inch intake system you may already have or want to buy, if you don't want to purchase mine.

The heatshield may be close or may touch your upper radiator hose depending on what hose you use. This shouldn't be an issue depending on the material you use. I recommend ASA at minimum!
