3D model description

USB/SD-card holder in the form of a safe with a working code mechanism for 1000 combinations (000-999 is set by the user). The safe consists of 21 elements.
The body is attached using pieces of filament.
In part number 6, for strength, it is recommended to put a piece of filament in the hole.
In part number 7, you need to install plastic mopping cut from any plastic bottle as in the photo. This is necessary to get clicks when turning the code wheels.
Part set number 9 is recommended to be printed at a density of 100% and at reduced speed, for durability and detail.
Part number 10 is recommended to be printed at reduced speed for better detail.

3D printing settings

Printing and compiling is recommended in order of file numbering.

The model in the photo is printed with the following parameters:
Material - ASA plastic. Density 15%. One outer contour, two lower and upper layers. Nozzle diameter 0.4. Extrusion multiplier 1.04. Speed ​​1800 for parts without notes in the description, for the remaining 1400. Layer height 0.16. Without support. Using 4 skirt outlines.
Printing temperature 240, table temperature 115, blowing 25%.
The weight of the finished product is 65 grams.
