JetCat Turbine Install Accessories (many parts) - updated Aug 2025

Updated: Aug 6 2025 - I finally got my hands on a newer style full size I/O board. (The one that has both the phone plug and the ribbon, and the 3 LEDs are in moulded plastic). Everything fit, except the gap was too large on the LEARN RC button actuator. I have adjusted he model to suit. I suggest you download the file (Rev B) and erase old copies if you have them. Thanks!

These are ‘those parts’ we all make out of plywood, etc., every time we do a fresh install. We all know how painful it can be to make your turbine installation clean and robust. These should help solve that problem for you, and save you a boatload of time… I got tired of making ~the same parts over and over, so I decided to model them up.

Note: This download license applies to end users only, for unlimited personal use. I will post another set of parts for commercial use, if you are a hobby retailer and wish to produce and sell them.

I may in future add more parts on request. If you find any of these files can be improved upon, or if any other parts may be useful for this kit, please let me know. I’m happy to make additions for everyone.

JCE01 (parts A, B, and C)
Mounting tray for V6 ECU.
Bond 3 parts together with CA glue.
Allows cables and / or hose up to 4mm diameter to be routed under the ECU, for a cleaner equipment tray layout.
Part 3 is a cap, to prevent the zip tie from interfering with any cables or hoses routed under the ECU.

JCE02 (parts A, B, and C)
Mounting tray for V10 ECU, bond 3 parts together with CA glue
Allows cables and / or hose up to 4mm diameter to be routed under the ECU, for a cleaner equipment tray layout.
Part 3 is a cap, to prevent the zip tie from interfering with any cables or hoses routed under the ECU.
~Probably works with the V12 ECU as well (I have not tested the fit as I do not have one). If it does not fit, please send me a message and I’ll work with you to make an updated file for the V12.

JCF01
Hausl DC motor fuel pump mount. (Many turbine brands use this pump…)
Single zip tie holding pump to cradle, then 2 fasteners used to mount cradle to your equipment tray. Clean and serviceable.

JCF02
Updated fuel pump mount to work with the bus connected fuel pumps that appeared with the RX series and / or V10 ECUs.
Improves the usability of the pump's mounting features, allowing it to be fastened top-down flat to an equipment tray.

JCF03
JetCat fuel solenoid mounting bracket. Tie 2 valves together with the bracket using a single zip tie, then screw the bracket down to your equipment tray with 3 fasteners.
Bracket allows cables and / or hose up to 4mm diameter to be routed under, for a cleaner equipment tray.

JCF04
This is a custom mount, specifically designed to fit JetCat’s machined aluminum fuel filter. This will allow you to firmly secure it in any orientation, free of slop.

JCF05
This is a custom mount, specifically designed to fit JetCat’s 4mm shut off valve.
Allows you to firmly secure it in any orientation, free of slop. This makes it easier + faster to close / open the valve with one hand.

JCIO01
This converts the early version I/O board into a bulkhead mounted I/O panel
Press a ~2mm pin through the hole in the bulkhead in order to access the ‘Learn R/C’ button.
Note: OLD I/O board – original style. Independent LED bulbs, and no ribbon cable port.

JCOI02
This converts the new version I/O board into a bulkhead mounted I/O panel
A flexible button has been moulded into the bulkhead’s front face, allowing the user to press the ‘Learn R/C’ button on the board.
Note: NEW I/O board. LED bulbs are in a moulded plastic block, and the board includes a ribbon cable port. (see images below)

JCIO03 (parts A, an B)
This converts the miniature triangle shaped I/O board into a bulkhead mounted I/O panel.
(This board came with the larger RX series, probably others)
Does NOT fit the micro board that comes with the P20.
(If you have a P-20, feel free to send me dimensions and I will make a bulkhead mount for it)

JCTS01
JetCat data ribbon tidy strip.
This is the thin ribbon cable used to connect the V10 and V12 ECUs to the I/O board.

JCTS02
JetCat 3-wire tidy strip.
This tidy strip works with the power cable running from the ECU to the turbine.

JCTS03
JetCat 3-wire + data cable tidy strip.
This tidy strip works with the power cable running from the ECU to the turbine, in addition to the old style ‘phone’ cable.

Bonus parts:
FESV0406
This is a mount to secure the all too popular Festo (or Pisco) ball valves, in both 4 and 6mm hose sizes.
Allows you to firmly secure it in any orientation, free of slop. This makes it easier / faster to close / open the valve with one hand.

UAT01C
This is a sample UAT cradle with fasteners on each side of the tank. It's used to secure the air trap to an equipment tray with a single zip tie, and avoid complicated supports to hold the tank at a nose up angle.

Note: Please download the ZIP files. i have thrown a few of the files into the files list, just so the preview renders would show. The zip contains all the files.

Please ensure your machine is in good working order, level bed, clean nozzle, etc.

How to print and assemble:
These parts were all printed on a Bambu Labs P1S machine, using eSun PLA+ filament and a 0.4mm nozzle. I used a textured bed, and no custom settings.
Nominal layer thickness was 0.15mm. (The zip tie covers for the ECU cradles were printed at 0.1mm with a 0.2 initial layer.)
I used ~20% infill, min 3 layers up, min 3 layers down, min 3 walls around.
Automatic tree supports are only necessary with the ECU cradle skirts, and the UAT cradle. All else can be printed without support.
The following parts are sized to work with RTL servo mounting fasteners.
