3D model description

Same as the title,
I was not very happy with the 3D printed loading tool and process for shaping the wads that I found on YouTube and the greater internet so I've started working on my own version of the tools and a slightly different method that results in an incredible improvement in especially the front wads security.
Tools and materials needed (same as YouTube tutorials I know that this is old ground for a lot of you) 19mm card punch. 140gsm watercolor paper 17bb's Co2 shell.

An overview of the table the black tube is an 18650 battery holder that I use to store pre cut wads from the card. The two 3D printed parts on the table are a wad shaper for perfectly centered crimp marks.

The front wad is inserted into its grove from the front using a ram tool to carefully position it.

Shell front down on a hard flat surface use the ram to push the crimp flush to the front some geometry witchcraft happens that I can't explain just understand that the edge of the crimp locks into the groove in the front of the shell fully.

Is what the front of the shell should look like if the perimeter does not have a crisp 90 degree angle all the way around it was not successful do check buy tapping the front gently as sometimes a ragged edge is formed in the card but has successfully crimped in place.
Loading.
This is sucking eggs for some of you but I'm covering all bases. Pattern for 17 BBS 5+1+5+1+5 the 5's as a star pattern the 1's make up the centre tamp gently to uniformly pack them before taking another shaped wad and pushing in from the rear all the way up too them with the face of the shell on a hard surface so as not to push everything out the front.
Important when screwing on the gas resivoure support the front of the shell on the hard surface as the front of the Gas resivoure will need to shape the rear wad to accommodate it's valve stem.
