CASE FOR LATTEPANDA SIGMA

At the time of writing, there is no dedicated case available for purchase for the LattePanda Sigma. I decided to create my own design, matching the connectors and cooling system as well as commercial mass-produced solutions. I also wanted access to the Arduino connectors. Variant A (vs. B) of the housing also has holes in the lower part for cable outlets. All this work required several test prints but I'm happy with the result and that's why I decided to post it here.

external dimensions: 174.4 mm x 110.4 mm x (45.8 mm + rubber pad thickness - 2 mm)

All parts are already in the correct orientation for 3D printing. STL and 3MF files are uploaded.

What should be printed and in what quantity:
1x cgs_top
1x cgs_flap (the only part requiring supports!)
1x cgs bottom_va (variant with lower cable holes) or cgs_bottom_vb (variant without lower cable holes)
1x cgs_front_va or cgs_front_vb
1x cgs_rear_va or cgs_rear_vb
2x cgs_foot (with holes for rubber pads) or cgs_foot_no_rubber (no holes for rubber pads)
4x cgs_washer (only if M4x14 screws are used instead of M4x12)

What is needed beyond the printed parts:
1x Lattepanda Sigma
8x M4 hex nut (most popular type: DIN 934 / ISO 4032),
4x M4x14 or M4x12 socket head screw (DIN 912 / ISO 4762),
4x M4x20 socket head screw (DIN 912 / ISO 4762),
1x Metric allen key wrench size 3 (tool),
(Optionally) 4x self-adhesive rubber pads with a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 4-5 mm.

Note: I adapted the location and sizes of the connector holes to my LattePanda Sigma. Just in case, I made "enlarged_holes" versions for the cgs_front and cgs_rear models.
