Best orientation:
• All badge/puck/back‑plate files are designed to be printed flat on the build plate (logo facing up) for a clean face and strong layer adhesion.
• If you want an ultra‑smooth front, you can also print face‑down on a glass/PEI plate and mirror the model in your slicer if needed.

Layer height & detail:
• 0.16–0.20 mm layer height recommended for FDM
• 0.08–0.10 mm for resin if you want super crisp logo edges

Supports:
• Most files are support‑free when printed flat.
• Only use light supports if you decide to print any piece standing vertically.

Multi‑color ideas:
• Print back plate in a light or metallic color, and logo pieces (b1–b11) in a bold contrasting color.
• Print the letters (H, V, dash, M, T, L) separately in a third color and glue them onto the badge.
• For single‑extruder FDM, use color swaps at layer heights where the logo begins to raise from the base.

Assembly:
• After printing separate pieces, align them on the back plate using the geometry as a guide.
• Use CA glue, epoxy, or double‑sided tape depending on the material and target surface.
