3D model description

I took a full model of a 2022 F1 car and removed the wheels, suspension, front and rear wings, etc. leaving only that main body. I have two lengths; 16" and 22" long that I split into 3 pieces. I have included the 3 pieces for each size, along with it as a whole piece. You can use some printed dowels to help join the mid and rear sections. They print a little large, so you may have to scale back the diameter (X,Y) a bit (10%ish?).

To finish mine, I did the following steps:
1) Used JB Weld plastic epoxy to join the 3 pieces.
2) Sanded the seams and entire car to remove layer lines (grits - 80, 120, and 220)
3) Used Bondo (car body filler) to fill in any remaining visible imperfections and/or layer lines.
4) Melted 2 threaded inserts into the bottom side of the body.
5) Sanded again with 220 and 320 grits.
6) Used a filler primer over the whole body.
7) Sanded out any additional imperfections.
8) Painted my choices of color scheme.

I'm currently finishing up the paint job and plan on mounting the car on a nice piece of wood like walnut and mounting it on a wall.

Printed on an Ender 3 with the following settings:
Material - PLA
Layer Height - .02 (Could also be .28 since you might be sanding out layer lines anyway)
Walls - 3-4
Infill - 10%-15%
Supports - No (optional)
