3D model description
It's a snake... but it's a train... but it's a snake.
And it rolls on IKEA, BRIO, etc. wooden rails.
But if you don't have one, no need to go buy some, rails are provided with the snake.
To make it roll, nothing could be simpler, print, click the wheels, the wagons, and let's go!!

To compose a train, it's easy. There are 3 wheeled elements. The head, the tail, the wagon. You need 4 wheels for each one. You can insert as many wagons as you want. Between each element with wheels, it is mandatory to insert an intermediate ring, without wheels. It will therefore be necessary at least, the head, the tail, an intermediate ring and 8 wheels.
You can customize the head. All possible heads are pictured.
This design also includes a tongue to insert in the mouth, a straight rail and a curved rail.
Feel free to post your creations, I would love to see them.

This train was modeled from this snake:

3D printing settings
Rolling elements and wheels can be printed in 0.2mm or 0.28mm with 15% cubic infill. The middle ring prints fine without infill. Ball joints are pre-supported, do not add support.
The rails are solid and do not require any special attention. No support no assembly. Printing can be done in 0.28mm, with 10% infill, in cubic.
I DO NOT THINK THIS MODEL IS SUITABLE FOR RESIN PRINTERS.
