I know this is a weird ask, but i am looking to do some testing for different tools and batteries where i plan to put current loops and voltage taps between the batteries and terminals. Would it be possible for you sell me adapters that have both sides for the the same company instead of different (ie. a CAS battery to a CAS tool)? If you are willing i would be looking for one for each of the major battery platforms (Dewalt, Milwaukee, Makita, Hilti, CAS, Bosch, Flex) both 12v and 18v/20v

My Bosch Pro tool has 4 pins. I used an Einhell 18V battery with your adapter.
According to the wiring diagram, I placed 6.8k and 10k resistors between the T and – pins. The tool powers on for 2–3 seconds at low power, then shuts off.
Do you have any advice on the correct resistor value or if additional components are needed?

I followed the updated 4-pin wiring diagram you added, using a 10k 1/4W resistor as shown.
Since I didn’t have a 12.7kΩ resistor, I tried a series combination of 10kΩ + 2.2kΩ + 510Ω instead.
Unfortunately, I’m still experiencing the same issue: the Bosch Pro tool runs for 2–3 seconds at low power, then stops.
Any suggestions on what might be wrong?

I just got back from vacation and finally had time to test the resistor values you suggested (7.2k and 6.2k).
It worked! My Bosch GWS 180-LI angle grinder is now running perfectly with the Einhell battery and your adapter.

I have purchase your 3D model OSUKA on DEWALT.
While I have no problem with printing, there is some problem with the real use with some tools.
I have DCV501L,DCE512 and DCF887. The adapter works OK wth the latter 2 tools, but it does not work with DCV501L.
Do you have any solution?

Oui, j'ai juste besoin du + et du - pour pouvoir utiliser les batteries Ingco pour alimenter quelque chose. J'ai besoin d'au moins deux trous pour le fixer solidement, mais à part cela, le nombre de trous n'est pas très important.
