Hello, I love your dog designs. Do you plan to make Bernese Mountain Dog models?
Hi! Thanks for your question and for your kind words about our designs!
Yes, we do plan to make a Bernese Mountain.
It’s hard to say when we’ll get to it, but we will definitely make it someday!
Здравствуйте. Французский бульдог при увеличении 160% сколько сантиметров? Какой размер?
Здравствуйте. Только сейчас пришло оповещение о вашем сообщении. Уже обсудили этот вопрос в нашей группе в ВК.
For the 11” snake, what size would you say the eyes are? I’m looking to put the realistic eyes in there
Hi, thank you for your purchase and your question.
Our Snake #52 has sockets designed for 3D-printed eyes, which are included in the model set. External glass eyes won’t fit there properly because of a small ridge that prevents insertion. You’ll need to create custom slots for glass eyes yourself in the slicer (by adding a negative cylinder). For the 100% scale model, a socket diameter of 8.3 mm works well for 8 mm glass eyes.
Cześć macie może wersję w kolorze albo chociaż z kolorowym nosem i oczami ? American bully
Cześć! Dziękujemy za pytanie.
Tak, w archiwum z plikami STL znajduje się plik 3MF (Bambu Studio), w którym pokolorowaliśmy oczy i nos psa tak, jak na załączonym obrazku.

Hello! Could you please tell me if I purchase a commercial license, will I get free access to the models themselves, or will I still have to buy one?
Hello! Thanks for your question and your interest in the subscription!
By subscribing to the Seller tier, you’ll receive, in addition to the right to sell prints of our designs, access to a selection of our designs (not the whole collection). You’ll get all designs released in the last 3 months, bonus designs, and a Welcome Pack of 10 popular designs. During your subscription, 3 new designs will be released, and at the beginning of each calendar month, 3 random bonus designs of the month are rotated.
If you need designs that aren’t currently available for free, you can purchase them at a special subscriber price. And if you stay continuously subscribed, after 8 months you’ll gain access to our entire model lineup.
We’d be happy to see you among our Patreon subscribers!
Do you offer commercial licenses for your designs?
Hi there, thanks for your question.
We provide a commercial license for our designs through the Seller tier subscription on Patreon .

Hello - on 2023-01-31 ... I purchased a Pug, a BullDog and a Cat - Flexipet Toys and can no longer access them without buying them. Can you possible resent them to me? Peggy
Hi, Peggy!
Thank you for your message!
You should still have access to the purchased files. There are 2 ways you can download them again:
1) If the site shows that you need to purchase them again – just add the file to your cart, and then the system will "remember" that you’ve already purchased it and let you download it without paying.
2) Or, go to your account on Cults3D → Downloads. In the list of your download history, find the design you need and click the "download" button.
Both options work (we’ve tested them ourselves). But if something suddenly doesn’t go as expected, please write to us on Instagram or by email at happyflexipets@gmail.com
Thanks so much ... will go do what you've suggested!

Hello, if I buy a file with one or more animals, is it still copyrighted?
Or can I sell the printed version?
Kind regards, Willem (please reply to wvdlinden01@hotmail.nl)
Hi, thank you for your question.
All our files come under the standard license, meaning they are for personal use only. For commercial purposes, you need to subscribe to the Seller tier on Patreon (preferred)
or Tribe on MMF.
That'd be great to see you among our subscribers!
Love the little Kid dragon. I was hoping to get a file where the head did just a space where I could insert glass eyes, like the green one in the examples that shows the glass eyes. Would it be possible to get that file too?
Thank you so much for purchasing the Dragon Kid and for your kind words about it!
In the photo, the little dragon with the inset eyes is actually our test of how to make slots using negatives for inset eyes in Bambu Lab slicer. The slots were placed a bit crooked and, as far as I remember, a little too deep. That’s why we didn’t include it in the file archive.
But if you’d like, we can share it with you. Just send us a message on Instagram or by email - happyflexipets@gmail.com and we’ll send you a link to download our test 3MF file (with the preset negatives).
what size glass eyes for the snake
Thank you for your purchasing the snake (#52)! And thank you for your question! The version of the snake with separately printed eyes is designed for the printed eyes from the file Snake_Eyes.stl. However, these are not suitable for external glass eyes. The photo shows our experiment with creating a slot for external 8 mm eyes. We weren’t fully satisfied with the result, so we didn’t make that file publicly available.
If you’d like it, please send us a message on Instagram or by email - happyflexipets@gmail.com and we’ll send you a download link. Thanks again!
can you please make it to where the zombi cat has color?
Hi! Sorry for the delay in replying, and thank you so much for your purchase!
We’ve made a pre-painted 3MF file for Bambu Studio and updated the files (please download the archive with the model again). We printed a test, and overall it looks good, but the upper lips have some overhangs, so you’ll need to increase cooling to get the best result. Once we have the opportunity (and get to this design in the queue), we’ll fix that overhang issue.
hi what is the original model size of your wolf and fennec? would it be doable to print in 1:18 scale?
Hi! The fennec’s height is about 4.8 cm, and the wolf’s is 7.5 cm. That’s in the standing position at 100% scale.
Unfortunately, I’m not sure what the height would be at a 1:18 scale, but if you use a 0.2 mm nozzle and set the layer height to 0.08 mm (or 0.1 mm), you can print them extremely tiny.
A wolf in 1:18 scale is about 4.2cm in height while walking/standing (not seating) and a fennec is about 2.2cm in height under the same conditions. do you think its possible to print them this small?
Yes, we think it’s quite possible if you’re an experienced printer and print the models in versions with a solid head using a 0.2 mm nozzle.
For example, a member of our Patreon community printed the bunnies at 38% of the original size, using a 0.2 mm nozzle and a 0.1 mm layer height. They turned out so tiny!

Können Sie auch ein Jack Russell Mix machen?
Mein Hund ihm Bild. https://ibb.co/Z1t8Z9PH
I bought the Baroon fat cat, I have a resin 3D printer, do I need supports?
Hello :) Thank you for purchasing Baron the cat!
For a resin 3D printer, we recommend printing the cat with supports (not directly from the build plate, but with proper supports). This will make it easier to remove it after printing. Also, please check the joints—some areas might need additional supports there.
We haven’t printed it on a resin printer ourselves, and the model was originally designed with only FDM 3D printers in mind.
Please let us know your results!
Thank you once again 🤗💜
Hi. Will the Maine Coon model available on Patreon be available for purchase on Cults?
Hi, thanks for your question. We're going to release the Maine Coon here on Cults tomorrow. If you're a follower of our account, you'll get notification when the kitty is released. Thank you once again )
Is there anyway you would do a Miniature Schnauzer
Hi Ted, thanks for your interest to our designs and question. We have a Schnauzer in our list to do, it's not in the first places so it takes us a while when we do it, but one day we'll make that doggy.
Just wondered if you had an ETA on when the horse model's mane would be edited?
We've updated the horse body, you can re-download it to get the updated version.
We hope, you'll enjoy it and maybe you'd share your make with us (just go - upload - a make - Horse)
Thanks )
many thanks!

Hello, I tried to print the Muffin cat with the non swivel head but it has failed twice. The tail didn't attach to the butt the first time. Then the tail at the tip never attached to the other end of the tail. I am also having problems trying to print it at 100 on the Anycubic Kobra 3. I am using the Ace pro as well as the slicer anycubic uses but, I keep getting an error about the y axis or the x axis and the print job being to large but it isn't at all. Any suggestions? I really want to print this at 100 but don't know how to go around the error I keep getting.
Hi, thank you for your purchase and for your message.
We don't use this printer ourselves, but based on the experience of our community, it's better to use the OrcaSlicer for the Anycubic Kobra 3. Here you can find the slicer.
It supports lots of 3d printers including Anycubic Kobra 3.
As you can see in the screenshot, in OrcaSlicer, Muffin the cat fits comfortably on the build plate at 100% scale. After slicing, all parts of the model remain in their correct positions.

I purchased the realistic horse (120844673) and although I do like the model, I was wondering if it is possible for you to add to/extend the mane of the horse to go more towards the head? When the horse is facing forward, there is a noticeable gap where the mane ends and it looks rather odd and not as realistic as the mane and forelock are connected on a real horse. Hope that makes sense? Appreciate any consideration!
Hi, thank you for your purchase and your question.
Yes, it actually looks odd. During the development of the model, we missed that gap, and we plan to fix it in the near future. Once we update the model, you will receive an email notification and then you'll need to download the archive once again to get updates.
sorry just seeing your reply - appreciate your willingness to modify and hope to redownload soon!
Hi, I bought the Muffin cat model, but I have a problem with it, it says corrupt file. I already bought the pug model and there are not any problems. Can you help me? I have a resin printer and I can print this kind of things too, but I think the format is the problem.
Hi, thank you for your purchases and your question.
I think the issue might be during the extraction of the archive with the files. Please download the archive again and extract it. This should help resolve the problem, as there are no issues with the files themselves.
Hello, can you tell me if your Retriever is printable or if you can download it already painted in a 3mf file?
Hello! Thanks for your question.
Indeed, the Labrador Retriever is one of our early models; we developed it back when we were using a slow Ender-3, and the model currently includes challenging areas for printing on modern high-speed printers. We plan to update it to our current standards by the end of January 2026.
For now, it is better to look at our more recent models.
