Hello,

I saw that you are currently working with others on fixing up the E&L Groza kit. I would like to help test out the files too with my E&L ak74u if you're still in need of testers.

Hey! Please drop me an email to fnvairsoft@gmail.com !

Hola me puedes vender solo

¡Hola!

Puedo, pero ten en cuenta que no serán compatibles con el original, ya que no tuve acceso a uno durante el diseño.

I've noticed the trigger travel on the Pancor Jackhammer is excessively long. Based on my experience, I believe the ergonomics could be improved by repositioning the cam pins closer together to allow for earlier indexing. Additionally, modifying the cylinder's rear locking lugs to be slightly shallower/tighter might reduce the overall trigger pull distance and improve the rate of fire. I’ve dry-fired and tested this until my finger started aching, haha.

The issue is that if I decrease travel, it will make the trigger harder to pull. Also, this is dictated by the shape of the cutouts, so if I were to move the cams closer to each other, the camtracks on the magazine wouldn't look like the real one.

The Lct groza carry handle does not fit onto the lct at all

Which LCT model are you trying?

The lct aks74u

really? Can you please send me some pictures to fnvairsoft@gmail.com?

Hello, I really like your SIX12 APS design. I'd like to ask if there are any alternatives for the cartridge cases? The APS MK series is not available in my country.

I am actively working with a tester to adapt both the SIX12 and the Pancor Jackhammer to madbull shells. From there, only a little modification should be needed to adapt for PPS shells too.

This is fantastic news, and my partner and I are really looking forward to the day we can buy it. Wish you all the best!

Do you use madbull or PPS shells?

I have the means to test both types of cartridge cases; they're both in my inventory. If needed, I can test them for you immediately (but it will take some time to print the cartridge cases).

Any chance you can make it and ship it to the US and I can pay you for it? Don't really have access to a 3d printer. Also, is the fpd reducer for the modern KWC uzi? not sure if its just mine but i think they made a slight change to it, making other solutions for an fps reducer not work.

Hello, I'd like to ask if there's any follow-up to the "AK74UB BS-1" that someone mentioned two years ago.

come on it was only 4 months ago :D A decorative dummy version will be uploaded here with the actual airsoft version only available through me, but I have not got to continue it yet

any chance that you'll make an mod 4 kit for lct as val?

I suppose you're the one who wrote on reddit? Yeah I probably will

i im

Hello, i really wanted the "WE/WELL AK Steel Bolt" could you please offer me a price ? i really need it

Unfortunately I can't get it either...

Hello, I believe there is a part missing from the download? You can see it on the bench in the assembly video at 9.15, between the trigger spring retainer and the longer spring. Looks like it links the parts together - small 'L' shaped part?

Sorry, should have mentioned it is the SIX12

[Answering here too just in case] Hey, yes, it was uploaded yesterday, by the name triggeraxisretainer.stl . I also sent a message to all buyers but sadly some got it, some not.

six12 shotgun (wall count),(layer height),(infill density) plz

It's pretty straightforward... standard 0.2 layer height for everything BUT the front an rear ratchet, the triggerrotor and the barrelneck, which need 0.1mm layer height or even lower, like 0.08mm.
Wall count should be high like 6-8-10 or even 12 walls if you can afford it. infill density is useless above 25%, I prefer gyroid pattern

I was wondering if you might consider making a vertical foregrip version of the Six12 in the future. I’ve attached a photo for reference. Please excuse any awkward phrasing, as this message was translated using GPT.

It is already done, it's in the standalone addition:

helllo!

i have a well pro pp19, id like to be able to use my 5ku stock on it, but the pp19 utilizes an AK12 style folding stock design as opposed to the traditional ak hinge stock, would you be willing adapt the Zenitco PT-1 /3 design you have for the well pro?

Hey! I really wanna say yes but having a feeling I won't have time for this because of bigger projects. Please send a picture of the mounting surface to fnvairsoft@gmail.com so I can see what I'm up against!

I'd like to purchase the additional components for the "SKS Fab UAS AEG full build kit"

(He did reach me through fnvairsoft@gmail.com if anyone is wondering)

Hello,

I have a quick question regarding the Groza Kit.

In the description there is meniton of the E&L Compatible kit and a link to it. But the link no longer works.

Yes I removed the E&L version because there were serious compatibility issues with newer E&L replicas (newer in this case means less than 10 years old). I did solve most of the issues, if you are open for testing I can give you the files for free

I am open to testing it out. Do not worry i will donate to your cause.
I can also provide feedback and improvement suggestions.
The whole thing will also be documented with pictures and videos.

Hello. I hava few questions regarding your Galil ACE-31 AEG kit, as I ran into some issues while building it.

  1. Screw threads on the 3D printed items does not actually match with actual screws. Is there anything I should do to make it work?
  2. Some items in your stl file and assembly instruction video(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nljFN_Q-TrQ) does not match. Is the item in the video coincide with current stl files that are on sale?
  3. Can you match the items in BOM with the instruction video?

hey!
1. there is only one thread that is included in the files: a positive or "father" M6x1 thread on the front sight spike. It's matching negative or mother thread is not in the gas block file because it is too small and would require one specific orientation. For this reason you need to cut an M6 thread in the gas block with a tool or with an M6 bolt before inserting. For everything else you have to use bolts with hexnuts as specified.
2. I included multiple variations for receivers in the files, fixed or moving side dust cover and tubular AR stlye stock or picatinny rail stock interface, only shown one in the assembly video. The rest of the files are exactly the same.
3. I don't quite understand this one but let me know which version you want to build and I can assist.

Thank you for your answers. I'm currently working with moving side dust cover and AR style stock version, and those parts work well. But my problem was that threadings that are supposed to use M2~5 screws doesn't work with actual screws, so I had to make all threads via tool by myself. I thought this was due to extra margine in consideration of materials (I might be wrong on this).
Also I do have some recommendations if you don't mind. The instruction video was helpful, but the resolution was low so I had a hard time finding which part I need to use at certain points in video. Also some critical parts were hidden by your hands, probably by mistake I assume, so it would be helpful if you take those in consideration when taking other videos in future.
Overall I'm quite happy with the kit itself. Thank you once again for your hard work and I will be expecting other exciting items in the future.

No, there are no threadings, neither are you meant to thread the bolts directly into the plastic in most cases, only by the "nuts" of the moving side cover. You're supposed to use hexnuts in every other case.
As for the videos you are completely right, I actually implemented these changes you suggested in my recent assembly videos.
Have fun with your new replica!

Hello, I've got the Jackhammer. Now i've wanted to buy the cassette holster, but it seems paypal isn't an option any longer?

Hey! That is not on me, my friend. Seems to me paypal is on-and-off every now and then on this platform. Nevertheless contact me on fnvairsoft@gmail.com and I can assist.

So… I’m just curious how did you do the linkage from the front trigger to the printed gearbox trigger? I’m kind lost. Putting the system in an old LCT AK103

The linkage runs externally on the left side. Check the groza aeg assembly video for a clue. Im sorry im unable to link it right now

Things is I don't have a printer and even if I did it wouldn't look clean like yours. Can i pay you to print for me ?I'll even put together if need be.
Also I will pay you if you can make me custom drum design.
I need for the drum chambers to be 25mm in diameter Instead of 20mm in order to fit larger shell i use.
I hope you can help if not thanks anyway for stI and ill figure it out

Do you have plans on working in Eletronic Blowback guns in the future?

Honestly no, not really

Hi, how are you supposed to print the kwc makarov parts? I bought both the fps reducer and the hop chamber, and due to your photos and the overall geometry, I figured that they are to be printed in resin. Unfortunately, even using tough resin, the fps reducer shattered after 10 shots, and the hop hamber dtraight up didn't fit properly.

Hey! Im sorry for your experience. These parts come from a time i didn't have a printer and I ordered trough services. The chamber is tough resin, the reducers were that too, but ended up getting them in mjf nylon.
As for the chamber, which part did not fit correctly? It was a perfect fit for me in two very different batches of pms.

Any recommendations for a company that will steel print the parts without questioning what they're used for?

Well I was able to get away with a couple things but unfortunately usually not with parts that would have really mattered. Probably some US-based companies are more open but they are of course a lot more expensive then chinese ones. EU-based services will basically only accept orders where the models don't look anything like gun parts for non-knowing eye, same for the chinese ones. It doesn't matter if you make a PPT presentation how and why the parts you want look like gun parts for laics but could never be used in that setting, they will just not risk it.
