Hi, I bought this STL before Christmas but ran into some problems. When I print the visor I get squiggles and holes in the first layer and this then causes the print to turn into spaghetti. Is this how it’s meant to appear?

hello i got the xl easter rabbit from you and am having trouble printing the carrot top,is there any advice you can give me? i am printing on a ender3s1, all of the other small parts have printed great

that's not a part i would expect you to have trouble with. that part has never been mentioned, usually people have trouble with the ears. there really should be any issue with the carrot top. but i would need to understand more about what its failing? is it adhesion, getting knocked over, etc

I had no problem with it, to be fair I just increased the infil to 15% to make it stronger

i just made the stingray and he is beautiful. might be user error but his tail broke imediatly. the bars that hold one link to the next didnt seem strong enough to hold should i change model density to fix this?

I mean what type of filament, the point I’m getting at is whether it’s silk or matte, as these are significantly weaker than normal PLA. Especially silk.

yeah the strings are fragile at 0.26mm thick. so definitely handle with care. also some filaments can be weaker than others

as mentioned the 3mf file caries colour information and should be coloured when opened, What slicer are you using?

I’m using Bambu lab . Is is only coming up with one colour .

hi i have bought the file for the bears on swing . but the bears are only printing in one colour . They are not printing out like your picture are they meant to thanks graham

Hi, it depends what file you opened. STL’s don’t carry colour information and therefore will need colouring yourself.
3MF project files do carry colour information. So I’m presuming you’ve opened the STL.
