Hey again, thanks for the response. Unfortunately that's incorrect. I tested one of the pieces (at full size) and the ridges do show up on the print. I've included screenshots of the slicer preview showing the printhead path this time to make that easier to see. It's mostly in these interior edges all the way down to the hilt. This would ruin the print if I did the entire sword. If this can't be fixed then I'd like a refund, I'm not going to print it if it's gonna look this bad.

The model is closed a long time ago and can't be adjusted now. The images you are talking about is due to the zoom being too big compared to the actual size. The buyers and I have printed it many times with good results and it is not a problem of not being able to print and refund for that.(just need to prime and sand a bit to get it out).

I bought the GunDevil Arm file and it doesn't seem to work, it has clogged my printer 3 times and i tried different settings in different slicers to no avail. The printer is most certainly not the problem though as i tried printing several other things from other makers in between, it's a problem with this STL.
Is there any way to fix this? Because the file is not an actual functioning file and i cannot use it might be a problem with the topology, i would like a refund otherwise since it's an expensive file that doesn't work whatsoever. I tried the file in two different printers by the way, both got clogged.

For the Jogo mask do you have a recommendation for the eyes to see through them. Or a version with holes in the eyes so you can see through it?
Hi, we don't have a version with holes because the jogo's eye in center.You can use a small drill (or heated nail) to make a holes at area you need, it's so quickly. Thank
