When you refer to the pieces being fragile if you are installing it you can be sure and realize that even the originals are super fragile because of the type of space

I don't think you know how to print it.
Because I make it in ABS resin without any problem and it works perfectly. In fact, more than 30 have been sold with the same measurements. If you like, I can send you the photos.

La distancia entre el cuadro de las rejillas y el modulo del AC es como 4mm mas largo que el original en la parte superior del marco. Esto hace que al montarlo se curve la pieza por no encajar por el largo. Todo lo demás parece estar en orden

Purchased and Printed Haltech IC7 Dash for EG Civic. No way for it to fit without modifications to the car. The dash piece sticks down too far and will hit. Also the IC7 cutout seems larger than the one pictured but the dash bezel fits snug to the factory cover.
Is there cutting or removing of material needed to make this fit? Instructions were that no modifications were needed.
