Mini Mechanica 1.0

Beautiful design. 175% scale of original. I used some m4 socket caps for the 3 screws holding the top cage together, a couple m3 for the bracket holding the escape wheel and fork, a 2.5 inch finishing nail heat sunk in as the center pin, and pieces of black 1.75mm filament as pins for the escape wheel and fork that were heat fused in place.

Printed on a lulzbot mini 1.0 with 0.4mm line width (I’m not 100% sure if it’s a really worn down 0.4mm nozzle or a 0.5mm, but I’ve tweaked my settings in Cura and so that my final print tolerances are within 0.1mm in the x/y) . 0.2mm layer height; 3 wall shell, 6 layer top/bottom, alternating extra walls; 25% gyroid infill. Supports as indicated by the instructions. Everything was scaled x1.75
