Glue Bottle Set BoxWhen it comes to DIY projects, we always need a variety of glue for different materials. That's why I've created a special glue box that solves all the problems with usage and reliable storage.This box is designed to accommodate 10 ml bottles - the perfect size for convenient storage and usage. To provide even greater convenience, I've added a divider grid inside the box. It allows you to separate the bottles and prevent them from shifting or tipping over. I recommend purchasing bottles with colored caps, as it makes it easier to navigate through the glue set, but I also use a label printer, which is really convenient.It's also important to me that the glue remains fresh and doesn't dry out with frequent use. That's why I opted for packaging in small bottles. It helps keep the glue in perfect condition and prevents any loss of its properties. The bottle caps are securely airtight and can even preserve volatile materials like dichloroethane.For light-sensitive resins, I've chosen opaque black bottles to prevent light exposure to the materials. This way, the glue remains in its original state and doesn't lose its properties.For convenient application of the glue, I use special disposable tips. You might need to trim them slightly, but they are perfect for delicate work and provide precision and dosage control.The materials I used to create the box include ABS for the base and PETG for the divider grid. For lining, TPU works well. However, you can also use ready-made cords made of foamed rubber, silicone, or latex 1.5mm. The links are also included in the list. And yes, I've demonstrated multiple times how I calibrate the holes, but many people ask, "What is that strange drill?" - it's not a drill bit, it's a reamer.As for the pins for the hinge, I used bicycle spokes, but you can also purchase ready-made 2mm diameter pins.Assembling the box is straightforward and doesn't require any special skills. I've already shown the assembly process several times in previous works, so there's nothing new in this video.
