Outlet Cover Box

This box helps protect your little ones fingers even without the lid. The box makes it hard to touch the metal plug if the cord gets pulled. The lid for the box fits tight and fits the diameter of a power strip cord to help hold it tight in the wall. Squeeze the sides of the box to remove lid.

Disclaimer: This does not replace common sense or good parenting. Before you install the box turn the power off at the breaker. Don't come screaming at me when you jam the screw driver in the outlet. Remove the faceplate screw. Center the box over the screw hole and use the screw to secure the box to the faceplate. I'm sure if it gets hit hard enough the box will probably break being that it is only held on by one screw.

I do not have the square faceplate that covers a GFCI wall outlet that has two screws but I could make one that fits this plate in the future.
If enough people ask I could make one that is printed on a faceplate.
If you need the box to be deeper or the iid to have a different size hole let me know.
